At Tentosoft, we stand behind the TentoVision Service with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which you may request a refund. It is written to be consistent with Section 3.6 of our Terms of Service — if there is any conflict, the Terms of Service apply.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery or activation of your Cloud Adapter, whichever is earlier.
- How to Request a Refund: Submit your request in writing via our "Contact Us" page or email us at info@tentosoft.com with your order ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
- Return of the Cloud Adapter: The Cloud Adapter must be returned to Tentosoft in undamaged, working condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any loss or damage in transit.
- What is Refundable: The Cloud Adapter cost is refundable on return. Subscription and software fees for the period already used are non-refundable.
- Refund Method & Timing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned device has been received and inspected — typically within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available where the device has been damaged after delivery, or where the request is made after the 30-day window has passed.
- Force Majeure: Tentosoft shall not be liable for refunds in cases where service delivery is prevented due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, legal restrictions, etc.).
